Charlie is great, he’s been caring for my mother’s property for better than 10 years now. He looks after her like she is famil . I am incredibly grateful to have found him.

Charlies lawn service is GREAT! we have had many lawn services since losing Steve who owned Grasshoppers. I didn’t think we would ever find a service to compare with Steve’s service but finally Charlie’s has filled the void. Unless u decide to pay for each & every cut I’m sure that there is no one who can do what Charlie’s does for the money. The crew shows up faithfully & takes care of our entire block. East Linden Estates sets the bar high for esthetic reasons & if my lawn didn’t look great I would be notified of it. It’s nice having a service that I don’t have to put any thought into except to pay my bill every few months bc I know that the job will get done & done correctly. I find the entire crew to be very friendly & accommodating. Charlie came inside to look at a problem I had with my sink/faucet flooding my kitchen. He had it repaired within 5 minutes to my amazement & joy at not having to call a plumber & pay big bucks! I also had the crew cut six very large palms & two home lengths of holly bushes. My bill was almost $300. less than the last company that did the job & I was far more satisfied. The work was done when we agreed upon, it was & is very professional looking & so importantly, they cleaned up after themselves, what more could you ask for!!!

Beware of Charlie’s Lawn Service Charlie’s Lawn Care 12543 Little Farms Dr Spring Hill, FL 34609 They are incompetent, irresponsible and foul mouthed owner and employees. They finally showed up today with an attitude after not being here for 2 weeks in a row. I had paid for the month of May in advance, $60.00 that gets me a lawn cut, trim and weed wacked every week. Only last month he only cut the grass once. He did show up on a day we were painting and we rescheduled for him to came by that Friday. He was a NO CALL NO SHOW AGAIN. I called his number many times but he never has the decency of a call back. Today was the last straw. The young man (Charlie’s Nephew) was weed wacking and he broke a sprinkler head and flag and managed to put a guage in the freshly painted spa wall, He yelled and cursed at my husband and son. After they saw what he did. He became rude with me. Putting his hand and fingers in my face. I told him to sit in the truck while I talked with Charlie the owner. Charlie the owner had his own problems today, he ran over all the sprinkler heads and flags on one side of my property when he was on the riding mower, and then he stopped cutting my grass leaving half my lawn uncut,he told my husband he was DONE! Not dealing with us, he gave us $20.00 for the sprinkler n told me that “I’m out of here!.” Ok so they left. They still owe me for the month of May $40.00. and to repair the sprinklers and the flags that they broke. He knew it cost more than $20 to fix it but I should consider myself lucky that I was able to get $20 back. BEWARE THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL OR COMPENTENT LAWN SERVICE.
