I used this service provider for almost two years. I had to switch pros over and over and quality was always lacking. Also their pricing is high even though they state that they do market analysis. All my neighbors pay less. Very task oriented as opposed to overall quality of overall work. Was always too busy to switch but paying over 400 dollars for mowing and bush trimming on a quarter acre is absurd. When I complained they still charged me and offered me 15 percent off my next service. My next poor service? Awful and bad customer service. App is glitchy and they always ask for tips in the absence of any pics to confirm the job. Tacky.

Signed up and did not honor their 48 hr time commitment I had scheduled for the first appointment. I stressed to them my time frame was important, but they let me down and we cancelled.

Reached out to this company on Thumbtack and received a call from a long winded lady who would not stop talking about a forced 3 mow subscription plan for like 200 dollars or something. All I wanted was a simple cut and edging, in a 1,000 square foot yard. The lady talked for so long even after I told her what I wanted that I hung up on her. I found someone local to do it for 30 bucks. They have texted me, called me, and sent me emails for 3 days in a row and keep lowering their price despite the fact I haven’t replied and I moved on. THE JOB IS DONE. I’ll be buying a lawnmower.

The service was poor at times 2 weeks late and did a poor job missed edges, had to go out and finished the job for them. Found a local lawn service half the price always done on time weather permitting and they do a great job.
