Kelp’s is the best! They are always courteous and respectful of everything on my lawn. They always respond very quickly if I contact them, and they always keep me posted if any changes. My lawn gets mowed the same time every week, and in case of inclement weather they are always sure to come back and complete the job ASAP even if they have to come back on the weekend.

I contacted Kelp because I liked that it was a family run business & he had good reviews.( although reviews can be deceiving & in this case they were) I spoke to them & he said he would take a look & quote me a price. A week went by so I contacted him again & he replied promptly & apologetic. I appreciated his honesty & asked when he would be in the area? He replied Monday……..well, Monday came & went & still NOTHING! Very IRRESPONSIBLE!! YOUR RESPONSE SEEMED SINCERE & I’M SURE THAT WAS FOR ANY NEW INQUIRIES BECAUSE YOU DIDNT MAKE GOOD ON YOUR PROMISE!! ONCE AGAIN NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED TO BACK YOUR APOLOGY!! WOW

I think these txt messages say it all ( see txt messages from the owner sent to us today attached). When Kelvin was cutting lawn by himself it was fine but with new help it really went down the hill. He used to come every Tuesday now he skips weeks, as a result grass is so tall. I will definitely be letting all people I referred him to know that he after not showing up this week and last week, he just texted me saying find another company. That’s extreme! Can’t argue with a screen shots, sir.
