0 stars. Would not recommend. I have never been more frustrated with a company in my life. Over the course of a month I was on the phone with customer service at least six times, and never did receive the mosquito treatment that I prepaid for. They did refund me with no issue. It started out that I scheduled my first service and they didn’t show up, and I wasn’t sure why. That was the first time I called customer service, they couldn’t tell me why they weren’t there. They just kept insisting that they would come. They never did come. I called customer service a few days later, they were not able to tell me why they didn’t come the first time, but they rescheduled me. Second service day came and they never showed up. Each time I schedule the service I had to stay home and keep my dogs in because it’s the yard I needed treated. So each scheduled service day I had to plan and stay home and it affected my whole day. They did not show up the second day. I called customer service again. They could not tell me why they didn’t come, so we redid my account with a new account number, I prepaid for five mosquito treatments, and scheduled the next treatment, this third treatment is 3 weeks out from my original treatment date, and my mosquitoes at my house are so bad I can’t even go outside. I have to run with my car seat to my car to keep my baby from getting bitten. So it’s very important to me to get the mosquitoes treated. The third service day came and went, and nobody showed up. At this point I am so frustrated I could cry. On the phone with customer service again and I’m finally told that on the first day they came, they had gone to the neighbor’s house on accident and he threatened them. Which is why my trugreen never showed up, and why my treatments keep getting canceled. This is 3 weeks later and I was never made aware of it until now. So there was a huge disconnect between customer service and the local true green. At this point I was going to cancel, but customer service insisted they could still do a treatment on my property, so I reschedule for the fourth time and I promise to be home and meet TruGreen at my driveway to make sure that they come to the correct house. Trugreen even offers have the service be for free due to all of the problems. Fourth day comes. I stay home, and still TruGreen doesn’t show up. I called and she said I was never scheduled and she couldn’t schedule me for at least another week. At this point I canceled the service and I’m leaving this review. The most frustrating part is that I had been in contact with customer service so many times, everyone was extremely pleasant and it helpful, but there was no follow-through. No call to ever let me know that they weren’t coming. They just kept having me stay home and ruin entire days multiple days with absolutely no consideration that they just wouldn’t show up. Do not use this company.

Always answer all my questions and make recommendations. Getting bees next month and ask about non chemicals but do not especially want dandelions.

Called for pre emergent/weed control. Explained in great detail that our yard is 100% xeriscaped. Negligent neighbor dumped fill dirt across the street, which sprouted a LOT of annual Wheatgrass and weed seed. Then moved it in 50+ mph winds, landing a lot in our yard. I asked for weed control. TruGreen showed up the 30th of Oct. For fall application, after coming 2 weeks earlier-only to admit they brought the wrong chemical as we don’t have grass. Then finally came March 19 for spring pre-emergent. Needless to say, far too little too late. We are inundated with weeds this spring, mostly Wheatgrass. Spent too much money for zero results, and will never use them again. No one seemed to understand our dilemma, nor did they provide a solution.
