Southern View Services Daphne Office a day agoWe recently hired Stephen Kuck of Southern View Services to paint the exterior of our home in Rock Creek. The work they performed was excellent and even though we had a rainy spell, Stephen hung in there and made sure our job was done right. He have now hired him to clean and seal our pool/patio pavers. They were hard working, neat and timely. He is our painter, going forward, and I would gladly recommend Stephen and Southern View Services. John C

Southern Construction 5 years agoWell we learned our lesson. We definitely should have read online reviews before hiring Randy Martin. Every review you see online is spot on. He took advantage of the fact that I was hospitalized for a month due to preterm labor when he was “finishing” our bathroom remodel. He hounded is about payment and we paid him in full without a thorough inspection. Now the grout is literally falling out of the shower and coming up from the floor. The floor tiles are all loose and we have discovered he didn’t even use the proper backing and simply installed tile floor over wood subfloor and shower tile over drywall. We are going to have to completely gut the bathroom and start from scratch. This is a nightmare. We are going to pursue all avenues to recoup our money and I would encourage all the other reviewers here to do the same. You can file a complaint with the Alabama Home Builder’s Licensure Board and BBB, among other things. I will be looking into small claims court tomorrow, and if that doesn’t work we will likely hire and attorney as this was a large sum of money. I am completely sick over this whole situation.
