Not only as a employee but as a customer as well they take care of all your needs very professional 😀 they get the job done right and if you have a good work ethic and need a job I bet they can help ya with that as well. Unresponsive to inquiries. I saw the response from Landart. They blame the customer. I DID call the number they gave three times. I did send photos as requested twice to the specified website and got confirmation that the photos were received by email twice. Crickets.

We have bought many plants and bushes over the years, we like the place. This time I spoke with someone other than the owner and they weren’t as much help as I hoped.

I buy all of my shrubs, trees, etc from these guys. Very friendly. If something dies, its replaced for free.

Had someone come to give me a quote on multiple project. After 2-weeks I called to inquire about my quote, left message. One month later I still have not received even the courtesy of a call back. No quote and not call.

We had a contract with Land Art for snow removal services. They did not show up timely. Their plow driver was very rude to the tenants at our property and they are very unprofessional to work with. On top of that, it was stated in writing that we did not want salting done (because the cost was ridiculous) and they ended up salting and billing us anyway.
