The old lady after picking up the phone and immediately hanging up (probably because it was her lunch break), answers the phone the second time and sarcastically says H-E-L-L-O!! She doesn’t state the business name or who she is, so I asked if this was the right number to a landscaping business when she answers “Well you called me!!” I then asked is this Ray Hintz landscaping and she stated Uh Yeah??? I then was so turned off by her lazy, unprofessional, sarcastic attitude I refused to do business with them. Hope others have had better luck not calling during lunch. 😕

The office lady was super nice and helpful. The guy putting the dirt in the truck was extremely rude. Like we brought a match box or something along those lines. Then complained basically about having to clean up the little bit of dirt spilled on the gravel. Maybe he was having a bad day, but the dude definitely needed a time out. Also there are other places to get dirt , that one was the closest to my house.

Cindy in the office is so friendly and knowledgable. I have tried other landscaping companies in the area but I keep going back to Hintz because the service is great and the prices are competitive.
