From the initial consultation, design, tear out of the old wall, installation of the new wall, to the clean-up, Kairos did a smash up job. The precision with which their stone masons placed and fitted each block and tile was amazing. Compliments by passers-by have been numerous and positive. Highly recommended.

Wow, is this team remarkably excellent! We used another company for the retaining wall, and this team is so excellent. Wish they’d done both jobs for us. Professional, timely, respectful of space & did an absolutely beautiful job. They cleaned up super well & staged the backyard artfully when they finished. So impressed!

I am extremely satisfied with the work Kairos Landscapes did at my house! In the process of installing pavers in my yard and driveway, a drain system and a short garden wall they ran into some unexpected obstacles. These obstacles were solved creatively, effectively and aesthetically! These guys do great work, pay a lot of attention to the details and do the job at a very competitive price!

We recently hired Kairos Lanscapes LLC to execute our backyard landscaping that we had a design for. We even chose some of the materials ourselves with some help from them. They were very easy and flexible to work with and were very patient with the design revisions we had. This is a family owned business but they provide top notch customer service. They were always responsive and very responsible and transparent on the details and execution of our project. My husband and I are both engineers by profession and seek precision and perfection. We could easily see the crew’s attention to details and the precision in their measurements. The crew was super nice and accomodating and the business owners Kevin and Jody were always very respectful of our requests. We absolutely loved working with them. We had spoken to 5 other well known contractors in the area about our project but when we met with Kevin and Jody, our interactions as well as their organized approach made it a very easy decision for us to hire them. The project was a bit above our budget, but we were also looking for very high quality work, so we chose to proceed. We are very happy with the work they have done and may work with them to install some additional aesthetic features in the backyard.

I had a great experience working with Kairos. I walked in looking for pavers and unfortunately they didn’t have what I wanted in stock…but Jody helped me find what I needed with a local supplier. She went above and beyond to help me locate what I needed and didn’t make a dime off the transaction. Highly recommend Kairos – amazing customer service!
