Beware! Contracting with provider has been a nightmare. He asked for half the fee upfront claiming hardship in meeting payroll. After the initial yard cleanup, the problems began. Weekly missed appts became commonplace. When called, the owner would not answer and would not return voice messages inquiries as to when he planned to show up to cut our yard. However, if called from another number, not recognizing the number, he would readily answer. Excuses regarding not being able to keep workers, the hot weather (you name it), always an excuse. The rudest was simply not responding. In an upscale neighborhood, he proved himself incapable of professionalism and simply doing his job. At a fee of $5k for the year, we definitely were had! By far, dealing with him has been the worst and most disheartening experience. He presents himself as an honest, hardworking small business owner. Do not be fooled. Would not recommend under any circumstance.
