We highly recommend Alvaro and his term. We have new sod and he and his team did an excellent job installing our irrigation system. He answered within one day, came to look over the job, gave us a very good price. The whole job was completed in less than a week with minimal disturbance to the new sod. He is very professional and polite. We give him five stars for excellent service.

We engaged AFM to repair our irrigation system that was damaged in several locations during a construction project. Alvaro returned our call the same day we reached out to him and came out two days later on a Sunday. His service and responsiveness were exceptional and we will be hiring AFM to do our future gardening and landscaping. Pricing was very fair and reasonable.

Alvaro has been my lawn and irrigation system service provider for several years now. He is by far the best in the Fredericksburg area. Always on time and a shown expert in his trade. He has cut trees, repaired my irrigation system, and provided lawn upkeep with weekly lawn service. My lawn is the best on the street, well several streets. I am always getting compliments. Great prices, responsive, professional, and highly skillful. Next year I will use his aeration and overseeding service. I have fired several lawn services since I arrived in 2007. About 4 years ago, I installed new sod and then found Alvaro, he’s a keeper. My lawn is beautiful.

Alvaro and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. They completed several landscaping needs which included expanding my irrigation system with additional zones. Alvaro and his team came out and did a variety of landscaping jobs at my home, from building a retaining wall in my back yard, to running drain pipes underground, curb appeal with decor flowers, areation and installation of a rain bird irrigation system. Him and his team are amazing. They get the job done in a timely manner; they are very professional, and their landscaping skills go unmatched. Alvaro has the best service and prices in the DMV area in my opinion. If anyone need any sort of landscaping done, him and his team are the go-to without a doubt. Summer is coming, and I will have him booked for my outdoor projects.

Alvaro is the best in business by far. His professionalism , knowledge, and dedication to meet his customers expectations separates him from his competitors. I use AFM for all my landscaping and irrigation needs I will never go anywhere else. Alvaro is reasonable and a very good person. I never do reviews but as a homeowner you always want to receive what you pay for and you definitely do with Alvaro.

Alvaro is professional and has a quality team that provides quality product.
