Poor communication, even poorer follow thru, does NOT comply with Texas law for minimum irrigation installation TCEQ Chapter 344 standards, ie. NO final walk thru, NO maintenance checklist, NO permanent sticker of irrigator name, license#, etc. & NO irrigation plan showing actual installation. If more time was given to provide service in the right way from the start, then they would not have to give empty promises to correct avoidable errors. Their unprofessional approach and serious lack of integrity will only cost you more money, so make sure to look elsewhere for dependable honesty!

Hired to repair sprinkler system. They scheduled to arrive at 8 am, actually arrived at 7 am but after I rattle off what’s wrong the repair guy says neither of them speak English. They used Google translate to say they were going to check the system. I can see them walking around my yard, 3 hours later they disappeared, no notice, no explanation, just gone. So I think maybe the supervisor or someone who speaks English will call and explain. Nope, it’s been a week and nothin’. The only good thing was they also didn’t bill me. Update: Got a call today from Sergio, he came out and explained what his technicians did. We talked about communication and he corrected the system. Hopefully it fixed the problem, but if not I have his assurance he’ll be back. Thank you Sergio!

Yard is not level. Sergio came by this morning and agreed to level the yard in the spring when it will be better on the grass. I will upgrade my rating at that time.

We had a very difficult/complex project and Sergio and his team were awesome. Great design and implementation. Most importantly, very professional and helpful after project completed. Available for questions and concerns. Be hard to find anyone better.

Yeehaw! Just about the best selection around. They have horse supplies , western wear, all sorts of tack, just about everything you need and even things you didn’t know you needed!

Sergio did a great job on our sprinkler system. His crew went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the job. He does care about his customers and the receptionist is also very friendly.

Sergio’s Landscaping has some wonderful equipment to get the job done. In my case, there must have been some communication issue because not all the shrubs were placed in correct places. He has always offered to make it right. Sergio’s Irrigation side is very good and I would recommend.

Sergio and his team did an amazing job constructing stone bordered flower beds at our home! Sergio’s design ideas and plant suggestions were awesome. We also had him make a few irrigation repairs to our current system. We highly recommend Sergio for any landscaping needs you might have for your home!
