Prior to last week’s deep freeze, NB Property Care emailed a video to each customer showing us how to drain and winterize our back-flow and irrigation systems. This unanticipated service was greatly appreciated.

For those looking for a lawn care service in the New Braunfels area, I highly recommend New Braunfels Property Care. New Braunfels Property Care has been managing my lawn care for 3 years. My lawn is greener and my yard has less weeds than any home on my block. When they are here to care for my lawn their crews are responsive to all my requests. If I have a special need, like help in winterizing my backflow device ahead of the recent freeze, they responded immediately. They provide all services: landscape, irrigation, garden, and lawn care. I am very pleased and happy.

We had all landscaping in front of the house removed and replaced with drought resistant plantings and rock. They did a great job. The crew was very attentive to details. They worked very efficiently and the work area was always clean.

They have been our landscape maintenance contractor since January 2016. Have done a great job taking care of the routine lawn mowing, fertilizing, mulching and taking care of our shrubbery and flower beds. Have also done some special landscape projects for us. In addition, they have an irrigation division to fix our lawn sprinklers when they break and to do the annual backflow inspections that are required.

I want to say a few thing about New Braunfels Property Care. My wife and I have lived at our present home for 3 years. We have tried several lawn maintenance companies and have been disappointed with spotty care and very inconsistent service. NB Property Care solved that. We now have on time service. Our agreement is what I will call a “hybrid” service. We live on one acre and NB Property Care takes care of mowing, trimming and edging the front and a small portion of the back, we mow the rest. NBPC trims the entire back yard. There are several areas of “surface rock” which really make it hard to mow, the NBPC team has gone the extra step to trim around those areas so that our mowing is much easier not to mention less “stress” on our mower! Here’s the bottom line; the team that takes care of our house gets it! They know what it takes to care for a lawn and home and they do it! An example; after mowing they were blowing the loose grass off of our patio and some zero scape. They also blew the leaves out from under our Oak tree that had zero scape next to the house. This is a task that once you start, you can’t stop until it’s all done! That’s the extra, small step, that’s makes the difference we were looking for! Couldn’t be happier than we are with NB Property Care!
