I hired Webb after a health issue left me unable to care for my lawn. Even after healing, I’ve kept using them and will continue to because they do such a good job, and it’s soooo nice to not have to worry about when I’m going to get around to mowing the yard. They even alerted me to a pest issue that would have ruined my lawn if left untreated – without pushing an expensive service on me. Webb is consistent and professional, and a great family-owned business. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

On Tuesday 3/19/2019 Webb Landscape Management accidentally mowed 1/2 my yard by mistake. While mowing my yard they were informed by my neighbor who actually hired Webbs that they should be mowing his yard instead of mine. The mowing crew then immediately stopped mowing my yard leaving it 1/2 way uncompleted and moved on to the correct yard. At no point did any representative from Webbs management contact me in any way to apologize or to even inform me that they made a mistake by mowing my yard. When I finally tracked them down and talked with Webb’s Management, I was told that my house looks like the neighbors house and I got a great deal. I guess meaning that only mowing half my yard without my permission and never cleaning it up is a great deal. Eventually Webbs Management reluctantly offered to return to to finish mowing my yard for free. Understanding that accidents happen, I offered and was willing to pay full price by leaving cash for the service I didn’t ask for. Webbs management agreed and asked if they could return on 3/21/2019 to complete the job they started. As of 3/22/2019 no one has returned and or contacted me in any way to complete this mess I have been left with. Seriously poor management and lack of care on Webbs Landscape Management!
