Travis Landscaping did an excellent job in replacing our front and back yard grass. His crew dug up the old grass and weeds, spread topsoil and then laid pallets of grass. The crew had a system where each person performed specific tasks that enabled them to complete the job in 2 days. Travis then reprogrammed our sprinkler system to provide for better water distribution. The crew was very efficient and did excellent work. I highly recommend Travis for any landscaping project.

Travis Landscaping did an excellent job of replacing all our struggling grass (front and back yards) with lovely shade tolerant Palmetto St. Augustine. They also created several new planting beds with new shrubs and plants, as well as some older ones. Our neighbors have been calling asking for Travis’ number. We highly recommend Travis and crew–you will be so happy with the results.

Travis and his team just finished our backyard landscaping renovation and I’m so thankful we chose his company! He is very thorough, very knowledgeable, professional and talented at what he does! We started looking specifically for sod installers in late February and out of the five companies we reached out to only two came out to look at the property. After talking with both we determined that replacing some of our sod wasn’t going to be a good investment and we decided to replace the areas in deep shade with rock instead but after coming out only one of the companies provided us with an estimate. In mid-March we reached out to five additional companies with new requests for combinations of sod and rock to provide estimates and again two companies came out to look at the property but Travis landscaping was the only one to get back to us with an estimate. Out of 10 companies contacted for our landscaping needs, only Travis Landscaping and one other company followed through on the entire process to give us estimates – that alone is reason enough to contact Travis and see if he can help you with your landscaping needs. Travis came out and evaluated the property, took measurements, made suggestions, and went through all the materials that we wanted and presented other options for us to consider. He walked us through the process and the timing and amount of work to be done and within 3 days had a detailed estimate for us to compare against the original company we had talked with in February. He even let us know that one of the materials the company was offering was not readily available on the market anymore (and they did end up substituting a different sized rock than was advertised on their website and originally agreed to). In the end, because we had been waiting on other companies to get back to us, other jobs came along and filled up Travis’ schedule and, while he could provide us what we were looking for at a competitive price, his schedule was already booked up into May and that didn’t leave a lot of time to get the sod installed and rooted before the summer heat would arrive. Because of our late start in the process and the other company having an open schedule we ultimately did chose the other company for the sake of the new lawn. Had we planned better and not waited as long for others to (not) get back to us we would have been in a better position to take advantage of Travis’ knowledge and abilities and not had to worry about the possible downside of putting new sod in too late. Give Travis a call and see if he can do something for you.

We were having a drainage / erosion issue in our back yard between the pool and our house. We also had an issue with the entry way to our backyard. Travis did a great job in recommending a solution that took care of our issue and it looks great!!! If you are looking for a landscaper that is knowledgeable, creative and performs their work on time and on budget, give Travis a call, you will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend Travis and his team for any landscaping projects!
