Dear Mio Home LLC, I wanted to let you know about several issues with the project at my property located at 806 E 19th St, Wolfforth Texas. As we agreed, I document these defects and request an inspection and necessary repairs under the limited warranty terms. I have been charged for incomplete work, please refund accrued interest, and past payments until the job has been completed and corrected. Once the job is completed I am more than happy to start to pay. The specific issues are as follows: Incomplete installation of the water softener. Unresolved concrete problems, Sprinkler heads are located under the concrete. Uneven edges and resulting flooding issues.

Mauricio and Paul were awesome to deal with. They sat and explained everything and made sure what we wanted and listed and drew it up like we imagined. The crew was awesome and let us k ow when they were there to work and when they left everyday during the project. Me and my dad were very impressed and will recommend them to anyone to have their yard or project done

We added turf with a putting green in our backyard. We also had a slab poured. We were so impressed with the crew and the project manager quickly addressed any questions we had.

We had the best experience with Mio Home and our installation! I was not on board at first but Oscar looked at our property and immediately had an idea in mind. He drew it out for us on his iPad. Once I was able to see his vision on the iPad, I was sold! He made the process seamless. The crew working on our yard was respectful of our time and our property. Every day they made sure to clean their working area and when they finished (which only took 4 days!) they cleaned the road in front and it looked better than when they started. I LOVE pulling up to my home now! The landscaping has definitely boosted the curb appeal. I highly recommend working with Mio Home!
