They did not answer numerous calls nor return them. They no showed 3 times. Their response is through emails. I’ve used them for years and they were very knowledgeable and always corrected the issue. This last bill was expensive and the zones they worked on still do not work. My patience has worn too thin.

Dont bother. We have used them for years and the only way to reach them is by email or leaving a message. They do not respond or take their time responding. We had them out to fix our system when they turned everything on and I was assured it was all functioning but the same zone I have problems with year after year was not functioning. I finally gave up and called another company who came out the next day, provided a very reasonable quote and corrected the problem to my satisfaction. B&E use to be good but if you cant even reach them or they dont complete the work, whats the point?

Difficult reaching them on the phone. Had an appointment- never showed. Not the first time we have had issues. Looking for new company.

Clay came out and did a good job in explaining what was needed to repair my system. I felt he gave me an honest assessment. The work he did was good and efficient.

BEWARE!! We used B&E for a number of years. Initially they installed and maintained our irrigation system. Then a few years ago we contracted with them to do lawn maintenance and landscaping. They never really did much landscaping and did the minimum on the lawn maintenance. Then when it came time to begin mowing this year they totally ghosted us. We tried calling, leaving messages, sending text and even emails but no one would return our calls. Very disappointed how long term customer was treated. I would not recommend.

Buyer beware. This company does not return calls, does not have an after-hours person who returns calls. Recently came out to turn on my system for spring..several zones are not working. I called, left voicemails, sent multiple emails. Nothing. My business will now go to Nashville Irrigation & Lighting. They were willing to assist after hours, had a real human answer the phone, and now have me on their schedule to fix what B&E will not respond to. I regret spending over $8k with B&E for installation. They are a poorly run company. Sharon Spurling

Cannot get ahold of anyone on a timely basis, as we used to, and we’ve been a long-time customer. Don’t know what problem is (covid, lack of personnel, etc?)..

This company, the principals and their employees have done great work for us for a decade. My contact for this job was Lance and he was awesome. The initial work with the company was annual repairs to, and additions to our existing sprinkler system. The system is now almost 20 years old and we had to take out a couple of trees this year which necessitated a complete re-do. B&E came in and laid an entirely new irrigation system, killed the existing grass, came back and scraped up the dead grass and feathered in topsoil to level the yard. Within the week they were back to lay 5 1/2 pallets of zoysia, test the sprinkler system and set us up on a watering schedule. All in all a great experience.
