Friendly customer service when placing an order for dirt. Answered all questions that I had. We discussed on the phone of where I was wanting the dirt to be dropped off at. Office staff pulled up my house on maps & said it shouldn’t be a problem. Delivery arrives & the truck couldn’t deliver where I really needed it to be. Only spot to drop it off was at the bottom of my driveway/grass. Extremely disappointed. My project turned into more work cause of this.

I don’t have any landscaping experience but decided to take on a project myself. I called Knoxville Landscaping Supply to have some materials delivered and they gave me more help than I expected. They gave me good advice on the project I was doing and helped me figure out the right quantity of materials needed. I would highly recommend this company!

Great experience! They were able to deliver a load of topsoil next day just when I needed it. The driver, Doug, was able to get his truck backed right up to where we needed the dirt dropped which really saved me some time. Topsoil is good quality, communication about delivery was very good, and staff is very nice and professional. Highly recommend!

I ordered mulch and topsoil with these guys. The owner was super responsive to my inquiries via text, the delivery was managed effectively and quickly and the quality of the product (particularly the mulch) is phenomenal. I would absolutely use this company again in the future

I was there today and picked up 1-ton of gravel for my driveway. I spoke by the phone with them and made an appointment. I had no problems whatsoever. I had to call a couple of times to update my arrival time and for directions. I got the rock put in my truck within 5 mins of being onsite. Thanks! $30 for a ton of rock is AWESOME! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!
