Bear Creek took on a huge project for our entire yard/pool deck after our pool company left a massive mess. BCLD came in and took note of everything that was needed, listened to our requests, got a plan over to us that was very detailed and got straight to work. Within a couple of weeks our yard was transformed from the tragedy of the neighborhood to a beautiful lush yard with sod, trees, Belgard pavers for the pool deck, and new landscape lighting throughout. Jason and the crew (inside and out) are great to work with and we loved everything they did for us so much that we now have them maintain our yard year round. Even months later we are very pleased with our decision on using Bear Creek. Highly Recommend!

We love Jason! Bear Creek added additional concrete and landscape around our pool area and then came back the following year for an all-new front landscape. Jason is incredibly knowledgeable and will take every detail seriously! His staff is very professional, communicative and will make sure you are taken care of!

Bear Creek did a WONDERFUL job on our huge backyard project! From start to finish, the entire team was so professional. The estimates were very detailed and the project was done on time!! We are customers for life!

We used Bear Creek back in November 2021 to add a flat space to our yard, and have everything sodded. First of all, they did this project when it was pouring down rain. As a result the entire yard was not actually level because they had to drive their equipment in extreme mud. They came and took a look at it after the fact because we complained. They agreed it wasn’t flat and would fix certain areas. It never became flat, and we have tire divots in our yard from their tractors. Plus the sod they used was full of crab grass. We emailed and called multiple times with no response. Every time I see my yard I’m so disappointed that I decided to finally write a review. I wish their team would make it right since we chose to use our hard earned money on them.

I had a great experience with BCLD! The project, from start to finish, went fairly smooth, with minimal delays. This was due to the excellent communication from my PM, Kathie. She helped manage my expectations throughout the entire process and was empathetic to my questions and concerns. Jason, the owner, was also great. He arrived to do the quote, helped craft the vision, and was there at the start. The crew was very professional and respectful of my property and delivered a beautiful, functional outdoor space that we will enjoy for years to come. I will definitely use them again for my future projects and highly recommend them to anyone considering landscaping or outdoor space design.

I’ve been using Bearcreek for many years now. They do an immaculate job! They are super professional. No matter how small the job or question is they treat it like it is important. I would highly recommend them for all your landscaping needs.

Has been 2 months since Jason came out & looked at my project. Has not gotten back with plan or estimate. Too late in year now. Will not bother with them again.

We had a great experience with Bear Creek Landscapes & Design. They gave us a much better price on a custom grill than other companies offered on a grill kit. They also added a tree, weeded and re-rocked a great deal of our back landscaped area. We would 100% use again and recommend (and have already).

I had this company design and plant my backyard area a few years ago with a mix of trees and shrubs to the tune of approximately $6k. They did a good job with the planting and even replaced one of the trees that didn’t make it. I was initially very happy. Unfortunately, I’m now having 5 of the trees removed because what they recommended will get so large that part of my yard will become completely in accessible in a few more years. Ultimately, it’s my fault for not researching each tree that they recommended so I’ll take the blame for that. However, given the small size of my yard, they NEVER should have recommended that these trees be planted in such a small space. Learned my lesson and I’ll never trust the “experts” again. I hate yard work and yard-related stuff so I relied too much on their expertise. Now, I’m paying another company to remove them in addition to having another landscaping company re-sod the area after the trees are removed. All of which will cost me another $1000+. Would not recommend.

Two azalea plants Jason planted last year died. I’ve been emailing Kathy for 3 weeks asking when Jason will be out to replace the plants. No response at all. Customer service is horrible and they’re obviously not guaranteeing their plants as they say. Very disappointing experience and will not use them again.
