OdeCo LLC. 2 months agoBeware of their pricing system; it is a mystery. No itemization, no change control documents, no explanation of charges… just pay it! Team on-site were respectful and friendly. However, no project management and some work was less than professional (crooked sink, leaky sink, scratched surfaces, lots of repeat work, etc). So all in all, job got done, wasn’t exceptional and cost came in 30% higher than quoted WITH NO CHANGE CONTROL AND REFUSAL TO EXPLAIN THE OVERAGE. Wrote the CEO… no response.

Earthscapes Inc a month agoWe hired Earthscapes to do our new home landscaping/tree planting – not a small price tag project by any means. They planted late October right before winter contrary to our best judgment and then told us there was only a 1 year warranty when many shrubs and 3 out of 4 trees died. They wouldn’t honor discounts to replace other than “new mulch around the new trees if we hired them again paying full price for the new trees”.. It took over 6 months to get a response on them coming out to look at why the trees died and their answer was “sadly trees can’t talk to tell us why they died”.. They will also not remove them unless we pay them. I would also like to add we were having them do our quarterly fertilization as well. When I went to dig up the dead shrubs to replace them, there wasn’t ANY additional planting soil and the holes that they planted them in were completely bare. I planted new ones adding a nice bed of soil around each and they are flourishing 1 year later. HORRIBLE customer service. They DO NOT back up their terrible work. Would NOT recommend.

Customer service is put at the forefront, and you can tell that everyone is invested in building the best business possible!
