I feel mixed with Matthew Vrooman, the owner of this company. First time I used him, he did an amazing job on my yard. I’m having a conversation with his secretary in e-mail later, and the price for regular mowing was a little higher than the price he quoted me when he was actually there in my yard. I asked about it, and she never responded. A long time later, I called again and got voice mail during working hours. Never received a return call for that, either. I liked him, seemed like a nice guy, and he worked really hard, but not sure what to make of the price change and lack of communication. Edit: I read the response below, took the advice, and gave them another call. Their voice mail says they check it every couple of hours. It’s been a couple of weeks now, no call back. Edit 2: a month later, still no return call. I give up.
