We tried Trifecta Lawn Care/Landscaping and we were not happy at all. We have since moved on from this company onto another company. There bread and butter is not residential as they don’t take pride in there work or use to working with customers versus brand new homes where quality isn’t important.

Would not recommend. During sod installation our fence was broken and internet line cut. Over a year later and the sod we had installed has never looked worse even after we followed instruction for fertilizing / watering.

My husband and I were both very thankful for the service that Mr. James and his team of yard techs provide. Mid October 2022, my husband passed away very unexpectedly. I mistakenly deleted a link to the billing for the month. I reached out to Mr. James for another copy. I informed him of my personal tragedy, during a brief conversation. Mr. James showed compassion and shared about a tragedy he endured .His humanity and kind consideration was uplifting. He dropped replacement lights a crew member damaged earlier in the year. He also left condolences flowers and pardoned the invoicing. We all go about our lives, not realizing what our fellow men and women may be going through. Mr. James went above and beyond by taking the time to listen and show an act of kindness. I am extremely grateful to have such a professional, kind, thoughtful and faith-filled person maintaining my yard. I highly recommend and plan to utilize Trifecta for my yard care needs.

Trifecta’s “Dream Team”-Chase and Alex, came out this cool fall morning and did a fine job with my yard work. They trimmed specific shrubbery to my specs and then cleaned up nicely afterwards!! I highly recommend Trifecta and have been well pleased with their work for the past two years! Trifecta rocks!!👍

Trifecta is always on top of resolving any issues or concerns! Gabbee in the office is quick to resolve a problem and has great communication. I love when the crew is spot on with the landscaping for our community. I would definitely refer them to my sister properties.

Your communication skills and follow up are way short of where it should be. Took awhile but you did follow through on a good portion of our issue. Wish it were all the sod but what you said you would do you did more so thank you.

They do mostly corporate jobs where people don’t come out and inspect their work. Used them for two years and have never been happy. Two guys show up for 20 minutes and gone. As a homeowner, I would never recommend them. There is no pride in their work. Miss spots on the lawn, trim and leave trimmings. They may be about family, think it’s more about the almighty dollar. Hired another and I’m extremely happy.
