Their driving is as bad as their yard work. This morning, one of their drivers with a trailer let in 67 cars between the exit of 77 N and the entrance to 485 inner. If he can’t follow with the flow of traffic maybe you should let someone else drive.

Tom in Handsmill claims he has contracted you to trim the easement behind my house and for my entire street for our HOA on an ongoing basis. It’s been far over a month since I notified him about this and claims apparently your company “just hasn’t got used to this”. How much longer do we need to wait? Our easement should regularly be trimmed. If you are getting paid for services and are not providing this, we are due a refund. 7/28 Update – Now Tom tells me you are buying a Bush Hog. That’s not an excuse for the 6′ weeds on our other easements which used to be maintained. Enough is enough. I want a meeting with you and Tom. I’ve already contacted him about this. 7/29 Update. – Our trees are dying. Did you get paid for fungus treatments as well? Keep ignoring me and this isn’t going to go well for you. I want communication about what services you are getting paid for. I’ve added photos of the 6’weeds. You did not need a bush hog for these. 8/12 Update – I would like to say how professional and courteous you were in meeting with me. Thank you. I hope things come to resolution at some point in the future and things continue to improve.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. My lawn has more waves than the ocean. Didn’t level correctly or something. Had them come back to fix patches and it’s the worst work I’ve seen. No pride and lack of knowledge. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT A TRASH LAWN.

This company is TERRIBLE!! My HOA has been using them in my community for a while now and they’ve YET to do any good work. Last summer they dug up my LABELED irises and pepper plants with peppers on them (both in areas where they usually don’t touch)! I never had to post signs just asking to not touch my property with any other company we’ve had. And what’s worse, my HOA claims they reached out and this company is non-responsive. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. (This company also pulled up a neighbor’s bush that’s also in an area they usually don’t manage. They denied it, but just so happens one of my cameras caught the gardener walking up to the plant and whacking away at it. SMH)
