This company is outstanding.They maintain Marais in Seaside Farms for our HOA. I feel like I am driving through a botanical garden, every day. Carlos, the owner, runs a great crew of landscapers. They always smile and wave and stop the equipment as you drive by. Give them a call! You will not be disappointed.

Carlos and his team were on time, cut the branches and trimmed the landscape. They made sure the debris was cut up and put away. They worked safely and cleaned up perfectly. Looks beautiful!

I had my palm tree trimmed today and couldn’t be happier with the service. Not only does the palm look great but they also did a thorough job of cleaning up. They laid down tarps and carted all debris away. They even skimmed the pool and blew off the entire deck! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Carlos came and gave same day quote which was more than reasonable. Work was started on day promised, and finished quickly. Workers were efficient and did quality work. Carlos was quick to answer questions and fix a minor issue within minutes. You can’t tell where the drains were laid, very professional, well done job. A+++ highly recommend.

I highly recommend Alvarado Landscaping. Our property had grown out of control and needed quite a bit of work to bring it back to its potential. Palmetto trees were trimmed and small ones crowded together were thinned. Hard pruning on lots of overgrown shrubs. Removal of monkey grasses, smaller tree limbs cut, weeding, the list goes on. They finished with pine straw and mulch. We are beyond pleased. Many neighbors have offered their compliments as well. Alvarado and his crew were on time and showed up on the dates he promised. I had two other companies make appointments and then not show. I’m glad they didn’t!

Alvarado landscaping did a very good job at my downtown home. I needed a full days work and they did it just in time before I planned to put my house on the market. They literally left 0 leaves, and cleaned up exceptionally well. There was attention to detail.

Highly dependable, great work ethic, have strong working knowledge of lawns, shrubs and trees. Our yard draws lots of recognition for its appearance since we starting using Alvarado Landscaping. Two neighbors now use them as well. The quality of their work is their best form of advertising.
