Contacted this company on 5/23/24. Wasn’t even sure if it was a company at first. They just answer…”Hello”?. I had to ask if this was a company I contacted. I was told, by Dan, the earliest appt he could give me to come out and give me a quote on landscaping was 6/4/24 at 1pm. No problem. On 5/28/24, I called to confirm that we were still good for 6/4. Left a voicemail. Never received a return call. The day before our scheduled appointment, I called again to confirm. This time I got the usual..”Hello”?. I had to confirm that I was speaking to the Boss D company. I asked Dan if we were still on for 1pm the next day. He told me to text him my address as he was driving and he would let me know within 20 minutes. Well guess what? He never responded back to my text message. I then called the next day, 5 hours before our appointed time to make sure he was still coming. After the usual..”Hello?”, I explained he never confirmed if we were still meeting. He told me he’d call me back in 20 minutes. I texted him an hour later to see what the heck was up b/c…surprise surprise, he didn’t call me back in 20 minutes. Matter of fact, he never called me back at all. 2 HOURS LATER after my initial call, he texted me “We won’t be able to make it”. Never apologized. Never tried to reschedule. THIS IS AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. Take your business elsewhere and skip the frustration and aggravation from dealing with this nightmare of a company. If I could give zero stars, I would gladly do so. UPDATE 7/14 I never received a call from this company. Just a sorry text message that said we won’t be able to make it two hours before they were supposed to come to my house. Not a phone call. Not an apology. Not to tell me they were short staffed but to text me that they won’t make it. And now y they want to post a response to my review that they were short-staffed. Who are you apologizing to? It only takes a few seconds to call someone and let them know you’re not going to be able to work with them. Unprofessional.

Boss D Landscaping is a professional, reliable, and trustworthy company that provides quality work for competitive prices. We contacted them on very short notice to cut our grass, which was overgrown and needed up-keeping. They immediately got the job done and have been keeping our yard and grass looking great throughout this summer season. Communication with them is easy and I would recommend them for any landscaping need/service. Thank you!!

We have been extremely pleased with Boss D Landscaping. We have used them for several years for spring and fall cleanup along with periodic lawn care. This family business came highly recommended and we could definitely see why. They’re reasonable, they do a great job and they clean up everything before they leave. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

This landscaping company is wonderful! They are very professional and conscientious. They have done our spring cleanup, our mulching, grass cutting, planting, put up a trellis, and much much more. I would trust them for all my outdoor needs.
