Don is a dishonest crooked “snake-in-the-grass”. Do not deal with him under any circumstances. SW Landscape is a group of incompetent, lying, people that won’t return phone calls or any other form of communications. They do horrible paver work and their employees lie to their supervisor (Don’s wife Dawn who knows absolutely nothing about landscaping). I followed up by filing a complaint with the Landscape Contractors Board (LCB). Don was supposed to show up for LCB mediation but didn’t. That turned the mediator into an investigator. He looked over my complaint and based on his investigation, found in my favor on every issue. I therefore got a good portion of my money returned. Stay away from this company, they have several negative filings with the LCB. There isn’t an honest bone in Don’s body!!

They did okay work, but I caught them billing for work they didn’t do and hours they weren’t here. We let them know about the issue and tried to get them to fix it, but they did not. Unless you are willing to watch them work, I’d stay away.

I previously gave an “A” review on 7/3/15 on Angie’s list. I now want to change my review to an “F” rating for my most recent interaction. After the work was completed the concrete tiles started having problems. I paid $35,000 for my yard so I expected that the work should last a year. I went back and forth with the owner Don, about getting replacement tiles as the ones that were installed were defective. The majority of the defective tiles were replaced, but not all. The remaining tiles were to be replaced and then everything was to be sealed. On March 31, 2017 the owner, Don, sent me an email that he put me down to complete the work May 18-19, 2017. After March 31, 2017 Don, was non-responsive to emails and phone calls. I texted the foreman, Ryan, and asked if he could let Don know I was trying to get a hold of him. Don texted me on May 17 saying he understood I was trying to get a hold of him. I texted Don back but got no response. I called, emailed and texted multiple times about coming out to complete the work but never heard from Don again.

Southwest has done a wonderful job on our backyard dreamscape! They were very professional and the laborers went above and beyond what I had expected. Don was very helpful and professional. We had irrigation, paver patio and synthetic turf built into to make it all come together. Very impressed

Our condo association connsidered upgrading our deteriorating asphalt parking area with brick pavers. SW Landscape (Michael Ischer) came out to go over the potential job and spoke with obvious knowledge and experience about what would be required, giving a rough but good estimate. I gained total confidence in his ability to do the work, and would definitely recommend SW Landscape to others considering the installation of brick pavers.
