While no company is perfect all the time, what separates a good company is what they do to fix problems. I have dealt with this company, ownership, and management for around 30 years. I am appalled at some of these reviews. This company is full, at all levels, of people from all walks of life. Calling Kurt racist is a joke. My company currently deals with 50 landscapers and in my career i have dealt with countless others. This company has always cared about doing the right thing and been a “stand up” organization. I assume most of these bad reviews are from disgruntled employees that were part of the problem they described in the first place. Again, they may not be perfect, but that doesnt mean they dont strive to be. A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!

Extremely racist company, part of the good old boys club, stay away, lack of leadership, lack of communication, if you are of any other racial background besides European beware. If any score could be given, besides one star, I would give it a -55. Please keep your eyes open. Will be making the nation spotlight and exposing. 2.4 rating says a lot. Just sit back as wait and see. All names of the racist individuals within the company and there tactics will be exposed.

Had an interview with this company for a recruitment specialist position. The day I went in for my interview everyone in the office was completely unaware of the interview I was supposed to have. The owner/general manager Kurt had a lady named Cyndi basically ask me a few questions because he was supposedly at a fundraiser during the time of my scheduled interview. This was all after I was told it was a phone interview and the company never called me so my interview was rescheduled the next day. I was told Kurt would follow up with me but was also told they didn’t know when he’d follow up with me. Kurt still has not reached out to me, called me, emailed me, etc. I still have yet to hear from Kurt. I was wondering why this company had a 2.8 star review. It’s because they’re completely unprofessional and aren’t prepared. After filling out my application, I specifically wrote what position I was applying for which wasn’t landscaping or anything like that. Apparently my application wasn’t looked over or read because I was asked questions about landscaping and how much experience I had in landscaping not the recruiting position I was applying for. I’m glad I decided to take another position with a reputable company opposed to working for a company that scheduled an interview with me but was also unaware of it.

We wanted to create an oasis and Kurt helped us do just that! Great company to work with and a crew that was awesome. Scheduling was quick and we were able to get it done before the weather changed. Can’t wait to see how it’s going to look in the Spring and Summer with all the colors. The crew did a great job at keeping the area clean while working on creating our oasis and we appreciate all you did! Thanks for helping to bring our oasis idea to life!

I live in Brentwood Apartments and the guys that is cutting this year are slacking. They don’t trim around the apartment buildings with weed eater. Whoever use to cut before this crew was great but these guys…well
