Jordan seams like a disgruntled ex employee, or perhaps a competitor. Either or, Yellowstone seams like a pretty good company, as far as I see, alot of their properties look really well…they must be doing something right.

Terrible company for plowing ! Live in a apartment complex and they got the job no idea how. Don’t plow on time at all. Don’t plow parking spots when they do decide To show up. Plowing is terrible they plow at 25-30MPH . Don’t clean off sidewalks with shovels or snow blowers . Overall this company is complete trash as plowing . Hopefully they are better at cutting grass and I would gamble they are not. Edit : slowing down is definitely a common sense aspect in a apartment complex let alone plowing . As far as scope of contract I don’t know it fully but I’m assuming you don’t even plow open parking spots also? You just come in drop large amounts of blocked up unusable salt and plow a few passes and cal it a day? Literally it’s a complete terrible overall job. Definitely stay away from this company for plowing and winter needs.
