DO NOT use this guy unless you want your $20k patio to look like this in 6 years. The wall is not built into the ground for stability. Now there is a ~2” gap between the wall and ground, the patio is buckled and the wall is coming down. Jay came out to see that it’s failing, and said that it’s supposed to have a gap like that. He agreed to fix it but has not returned emails, calls, or texts since. Had another contractor out here to look, and he confirmed how poorly it was built: improper materials, poor design and craftsmanship.

Terrible employer, doesn’t pay employees wages owed after they leave and never cooperated with the NC Department of Labor.

Initially everything went well. The installation went well and their customer service was great. Then one of the plants died and when we reached out to them via email and phone to get a replacement, there was no response. We fully understood there was no warranty on the plants and were willing to pay for the replacement, but they never even returned our calls or emails. Like previous reviewer said, use them at your own risk.

Can’t vouch for the quality of their work, but I can certainly speak to the quality of their customer service. Reached a friendly man on my initial phone call, who informed me he was currently on some equipment and unable to take notes, so he requested I text him my contact information and he’d be in touch in the next hour. Great! I did that. No return call. Texted again the next day. No return call. called the following day, left a message. Called and left the following week and left a message. You guessed it—no return call. Beyond frustrating! If you’re too busy to accept new clients, fine. But have the courtesy to let me know so you don’t waste my time. Request a quote at your own risk.
