I will like to address and bring clarification to the false allegations posted by Bean Brothers Landscaping {Owner} regarding his response to Alicia Williams review posted on 7/12/2024. {FAT CHECK} 1. Alicia Williams was nominated by the board on January 2024. 2. She had 3 estimates done and the board decided to go with Brothers Landscaping. 3. The amount quoted was $2,000. 4. The asking initial downpayment was $1,040. to start the job which they received and started the job. After the initial quote they started sending emails with different quotes. This is illegal practices, and Bean Brothers should be held accountable for their actions. Attached is the supporting document with the job description that they agreed on.

We love open and honest conversations. When you and our project estimator met there was multiple things that needed addressing. From a renovation to getting the property under control. between 10 quotes and the back and forth over two months you decided to go with the cheapest option. Cutting the grass, trimming over 2,000 linear foot of shrubs. Then when your hostile husband got involved and wanted everything under the sun in the other quotes. Essentially you wanted $11,500 worth of work for $2,000. You also failed to mention that once you approved that we were out 6 weeks before the work could be performed. But your hostile husband pushed the notion that we would be there sooner. We accommodated by coming out sooner to get the property under control. You also failed to mention why the property needed to be under control. That is the fact that you and especially your husband have run off over 10 landscape company over the last several seasons. Your management company even admitted to this saying they could never keep anyone to maintenance the property because of the way you treat people. We stand behind everything we do. However we will not be taken advantage of or talked to the way your husband has talked to our employees. Three days later two young men showed up and had no idea of the job at hand. We both called back and forth about what needed to be done.they started the job that was a total disaster two days into the job to the owner Nathan and his crew came out to take a look at the job and basically told me that I was quoted the wrong price for a job that his “specialist” sent over and we approved that price and they told me that I would need to pay more for the service at that point I asked for them to complete the job they started as we gave the deposit they required or refund our deposit. He then told me they will complete the job if I sign a 52 week contract

Bean brothers landscaping is the worse landscaping company in the area they have no integrity and they are bullies to take advantage of a small community by trying to bribe them into a new contract in order to get there deposit back after a shoddy incomplete job is in heard of and if they had any kind of morality they give this community there deposit back. Shame on you Bean brothers landscaping
