Hired LTP to remove a fence, 2 bushes, excavate dirt in exchange for 4 in of #57 gravel, and grade it for water runoff. They came, made a quick job of it, and it looks fantastic. They also uncovered an old catch basin and drainage line that they got back in working order. Today we had 1.5 inches of rain within an hour, before my patio would be flooded for days after, the gravel and newly revived drain line had all the water gone in less then 30 mins after the rain stopped.

Adding to last year’s review since we hired LTP Property Maintenance again in June 2024 for another landscaping project. Jonathan responded quickly with a site visit and made a couple of recommendations when it came to getting the project quote within our budget. The project was a dry stream that required regrading, hauling in lots of rock and boulders, along with new plantings. The finished product was exactly what I envisioned and we couldn’t be happier. In Feb 2023 we hired LTP Property Maintenance to mulch our many beds, lay stone as bed boarder and pebble under a swing set. So many things to praise this company on. 1. The owner is extremely responsive when it came to our initial inquiry and throughout the entire (quick) process of working with him. 2. We were able to get a quote and the job done all in one week’s time. 3. The crew that performed the work was professional, friendly and thorough. 4. The end result was exactly what we agreed upon and is perfect. I highly recommend this group and will definitely be hiring them for future projects too!

Lawn was severely un leveled due to erosion from many bare spots. Crew arrived on time and “hit the ground running.” Leveled ALL points of the yard and laid sod perfectly. They exceeded my expectations and have gotten Lots of compliments from the neighbors. Cost of materials and leveling was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
