Our lawn looks awesome. Crew was meticulous in evenly applying pine straw. Application followed the curving borders. Edges of pine beds were curled adding to the aesthetic appearance of the landscape beds. Well done!

I contacted BT Carawan to trim some shrubs and trees and shape the trees around my house. They came out very quickly to do an estimate and were able to do the job for a very reasonable price. There were a few trees we had included the original estimate that did not get done, but they came out very quickly and completed the job. I was interested in finding a true “arborist” company that would know how to appropriately trim and shape my trees & shrubs during the appropriate season. I was a little disappointed to see that many of the tree trimmings appeared to be “snapped off” at the branch end with very rough edges and did not contain sharp cuts that were actually cut with sharp trimmers. In fact, the majority of the branches were clearly just snapped off. The only clean cut edges seemed to be the higher up tree branches that had to be sawed off. So while they were shaped it was a bit sloppy. Their clean up was excellent though and they even blew leaves and small debris when the job was done. I’m just used to easily finding “true arborists” who care for trimming trees and bushes differently, having lived in Northern Virginia for many years. It was easy. This is the third company I’ve used in Eastern NC who just don’t seem to truly know how to trim back and shape shrubs ands bushes with appropriate equipment. They did a nice job for reasonable price but didn’t bring the skill set I expected, which was that all their employees are true arborists, not just “tree trimmers.”
