9 months agoLet me start by saying, This company is hands down the BEST in this business. Sorta Landscaping transformed my front yard and my back yard. My front yard lighting is EYE catching to everyone that passes my house. We get so many positive compliments. My patio with the fire pit is breathtaking. We’re SATISFIED CUSTOMER. The work is neat, designs are perfect, measurements on point, the landscaping flowers were a great selection and neatly placed, the lighting hits my house perfectly EYE CATCHING at night. Sorto Landscaping keep up the great work! A perfect 10

10 months agoJulio and his team did a great job installing a paver sidewalk along the side of our house and steps up the hill in our backyard. Not only did he do a good job on the projects we requested, but he went over and above by cleaning (pressure washing) the driveway and street where his material and red dirt had left their mark. He did the work in the time he specified at the price he specified. We were very happy, and recommend him and his team.

a year agoI wouldn’t recommend him at all. Initially, when you consult him – he seems to be a nice and reasonable contractor. However, once you give him a contract to do all discussed work items, he starts showing his real characteristic and tries to put you in the situation that finally you ended up spending more money with him. Example: 1) He won’t do proper grading of your yard the way you discussed. After rain, when water stays in your yard then he asks that you need to put French drain (underground perforated pipes with pop-out in front) to solve this problem, which he would charge maximum to cover-up his competitive initial contracted price. 2) He wouldn’t give proper slope when building pavers so water stays on pavers and also yes while making a Fire-Pit, he asks extra ($400) for fire-pit iron ring to place in (which doesn’t come in initial contract), good that he didn’t ask extra for making round fire-pit 🙂 3) While building pavers whatever dirt he removes, he asks extra ($500) to throw it away from the yard. 4) He would damage your property or community property and he wouldn’t be able to fix – why to damage something which you cannot make or fix. Long story short, initially he seems reasonable but in the end way higher than any other contractors plus completely unprofessional when you disagree or counter question whatever he says…

a year agoProfessionalism. Quality work. Wonderful people. I had such a great experience with Sorto Landscaping from start to finish. I called to inquire about installing patio pavers and Julio came out to provide me with a quote the same day. He showed me all of my options and helped me to choose a paver design and the best size patio based on my needs. The quote was reasonable for the size I went with. When it was time for demo/installation, the team arrived on time and did a wonderful job! Only took a day and a half to complete and I am so very happy with how it turned out. I will definitely be using them again for more landscaping projects. I would highly recommend their work to anyone and everyone!

a year agoThe owner and crew did an amazing job integrating new hardscape into existing hardscape and installing a brick and block staircase. They were very professional and easy to work with. Everything was done with precision and on time. Their work makes our yard so much more accessible. They were so kind to do some repairs on the existing hardscape as well. We really can’t say enough good things about this company. We recommend them highly. Anne and Gene Christiansen

a year agoJulio and crew are professional, respectful and courteous. We initially had a “pavers” patio done with a 5ft. retaining wall, absolute artistry done with the utmost efficiency, amazing work! Julio returned a year later with “the same crew” added a “pavers” walkway to the front of the house complimenting the patio…again absolutely beautiful work! Lastly we had stone beds laid, a tree relocated, our home had been brought together. Not only was the work artistry,, but the recommendations Julio makes are well founded and highly suggested. Julio’s prices are reasonable and well worth it. He has in us a customer for life ! Paul & Linda G.

2 years agoWe hired Sorto Landscaping to plant 27 emerald green arborvitae‘s and 20 Nellie Stevens holly‘s. We also had them relocate multiple sprinkler heads as well as redo our yard that was not level in the back. Because of our experience with previous landscapers we were less than optimistic and did not expect much. We were expecting to have to say no to 50% of the plants that were brought but amazingly every plant they brought to our home was in amazing shape. These were 6 to 7 foot trees and plants so they were not the kind of stuff you find at Lowe’s. They were on time, workers were extremely courteous, they did not charge us anything until the job was done which was unheard of since it was over $14,000 worth of work. If you are contemplating doing some landscape work I would definitely reach out to this company. As sad as it sounds they have actually restored our faith in landscapers.

3 years agoWhat an amazing group of men! They know exactly what they are doing. Came out promptly to give me an estimate and had the whole project done within a few hours. Complete renovation of a courtyard. Had terrible drainage problems along with no grass. He had it leveled, installed a beautiful drainage system and new sod. What a difference it is! Absolutely beautiful work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You won’t regret hiring Sorto Landscaping.
