The Belmont Reserve community hired this outfit expecting great results after meeting with their representative. Unfortunately the field team is incapable of meeting the expectations set by Allen the Landcare rep. They are very erratic on when they show up and also just as erratic on the service we received. Called corporate office and spoke with Bill Benoit and he was not very responsive either. Now that they know we are going to terminate the contract the service has declined even more. Just look at what Brandon F said about their service. Although Brandon is misinformed about the association hiring the cheapest vendor. Maybe if he attempted to participate in his association and become informed rather than spreading lies(misinformation) he could contribute to their neighborhood. Unfortunately he’s another complainer that just makes false statements and doesn’t care and become involved to help make the community better. Google, Landcare will attempt to have this review removed and state they don’t have my email address. They were hired by the BOD of Belmont Reserve association.

It’s obvious our HOA went with the lowest bidder for a new contract. Watching LandCare “cut” our grass. With the deck so high that the front wheels are spinning freely in the air and the grass looks exactly the same. Crew spends half the day just standing around the truck too.

The workers are very lazy and rude. I was standing on the sidewalk waiting for the bus and he wanted me to move and I really couldn’t because traffic was awful. Instead of moving to another part of this huge parking lot he blew leaves and sand all over me and sand was in my eyes and everything. What a rude person.
