Joe is the BEST! HIGHLY RECCOMEND! I told him what I wanted, my husband gave his ideas and then Joe made it happen! Well designed, well built, clean and professionally finished! Did everything they said they would do, plus more. Quality was excellent. Attention to detail. Completed job earlier than scheduled. Transformed uncared-for back yard into lovely backyard with new plants, rocks, etc. We were new owners and very satisfied with their work. Will definitely use again.

Had old trees removed, new shade trees planted, old driveway replaced with very environmentally and safe driveway. Upgrading my water source to reach backyard garden area. It all looks good, done professionally at a very reasonable cost.

The Tip Top team was a pleasure to work with. They did a beautiful job installing walkways, patio, gravel, weed barrier, pavers, and a driveway upgrade at my residence. Joe Rael made sure it was a successful project I was delighted with. The team was careful with the existing plants and shrubs and suggested ways to enhance them. Everything was cleaned up and looked great when they were finished. I’ve received many compliments on the improvements to my yard and property. Bravo Tip Top!

Joe from Tip Top SF was absolutely outstanding. Unfortunately I didn’t take any before pictures but I had requested a quote for a general front and backyard clean up as well as leveling. Joe was immediately responsive and extremely professional along with his crew. Overall I am incredibly satisfied with his work and will definitely be coming back for further services.

We have small backyard to a new house. There couldn’t have been much profit in it…too small. But Joe visited us a couple times to come up with the right plan. He had one of his staff take us to see trees. Then he and his team installed the trees, sod, raised bed, extended patio, and decorative rocks on the side at a reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Tip Top SF and Joe.
