We live next to a customer of yours who has their lawn mowed weekly by your service. On 11/4/23 an employee of your company apparently mowed across the property border we have with your customer, cutting the grass at a very low setting. The cut was low enough that we’re concerned whether the grass will regrow properly in the Spring. We also consider this action trespassing and we may have to replant grass seed in this area in the Spring (The affected area was a length of 200 feet). Also, before posting this review, we attempted to reach you by phone today, 11/9/23, and there was no answer. Your business has no way to leave a voicemail message or to send an email. We can send you pictures if you provide us with your email address. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
