UGI had Skoda come out to my house and renew the gas line for my house and Skoda installed the line but there was a gas leak. I’m not the only one who faces this issue. Many of these guys are nasty and unprofessional

I found NJBC through a partner I had in a flip project in Midland Park. I am lucky to have found them. The team at NJ Building Contractor is an asset I would not want to live without. Federico, the owner, has staff ranging from framers, plumbers, electricians, masons, roofers and more. It makes my flip projects easy to manage because I have one person to connect with to manage my projects. Federico makes sure work is being done quickly and to budget. Helen in their office stays on top of all of the administrative challenges, like permit applications and inspections. There are three things that stand out about NJBC. Their quality of work which you can see in finishes. Their flexibility, they are ready to address issues as they arise and do not kill me on pricing when those issues come up. Their speed, because NJBC has all trades in house, they are able to line up trades from start to finish and overlap where possible. I cant say enough good things about NJBC.

Tim and his crew came the next day and did a fantastic job. The dirty attic was shining clean and full of brand new insulation when they left. He found holes and gaps I had never even noticed and filled them with to prevent any unwanted critters. He did a great job and was a pleasure to have around. The level of service was more than worth the price. Highly recommend NCCP Attic Insulation & Roofing Services Inc , NJ.

This review is way overdue since it’s been almost 2 years after completion of our house expansion/renovation in Clark. Almost 2 years in and everything is great. We were very lucky to come across JAG. We worked with Glenn for majority of our project and with Jay closer to the finish line. They’re top notch. We call them ‘contractors with class.’ They’re always there for you either in person or phone/texts. They know how to read/measure architectural plans well. If something doesn’t seem right they will advise you. For example Glenn thought that our kitchen window should not be double hung but casement. I am forever grateful for that. I love my kitchen window and I can actually reach to open it. (When you’re negotiating your contract put as much detail as possible in it so that you have all work covered. If it’s in the contract it will be done.) They stick to the agreed price but if you’d like to add on they will work with you and charge you fairly. We were very impressed how well orchestrated and organized their work is. How skilled all of their trades are. It was a big project but everyone worked in sync and provided quality outcome. But as a client you also have to remember that they are busy. They’re managing other jobs so you have to be on top of your project. You also need to be diligent and communicate with them. No one is perfect and any construction is hectic, but if you tell them that something needs adjusting they will address it without hesitation. They are honest people. ***The only thing I would ask now to change-floor finishing company. The amount of dust they left behind was horrendous. They blew dust out of the windows. Our brand new siding was soiled. Brand new windows were covered in inches of sanding dust. It took a great amount of time and effort to clean up after them. Staining job wasn’t that great either. We had them come back and fix it.
