Alfredo and his team are great! Quality work at a fair price. Great communication. Found a minor leak in our sprinklers last month, Alfredo responded to my text immediately and they were at our house two days later taking care of it. I had some other questions about the system this month and they came back out again to inspect and adjust sprinkler timing. All this, and we cut the final check for our backyard project back in February. Longhorn Landscaping clearly stands behind their work. Best contractor i’ve worked with by far.

I can’t stop recommending Longhorn to anyone who will listen to me. I started my backyard remodel project with a general idea of what I wanted to accomplish – we needed to level the yard, replace and extend a caved in patio, build a retaining wall, remove rock and dirt and replace it with grass, and build benches around trees. Like most people do with major projects, I had a few companies come out to discuss and provide quotes. I was generally underwhelmed and started to think about delaying the project until we met Alfredo. Not only did he listen to my ideas and talk about how to accomplish them, but he came up with additional ideas that were even better suited to our ultimate goal of a family-friendly yard. And then he patiently explained material options so we could make a project that fit within our budget. When it was time to start construction, Tito led an amazing team. They were incredibly professional, and so accommodating to my requests for project tweaks and attention to small details. I really feel like we were given the all-star team. They took their time, and did beautiful work. My small family now has an incredible backyard to grow and play in. I’m so glad we didn’t rush this project, and I can’t thank Alfredo and his team enough.

If you are reading this RUN don’t walk from this company. One of the worst experiences I have had, and I deal with hundreds of companies. This company will overbook work and leave your project from one day to another if they find someone paying a higher price. Their word has no bond nor their emails stating they will take on the job. Please look elsewhere as you can’t even suggest a fair price because the owner will throw the biggest fit and email you that they won’t work with you anymore. There is other companies in the area so I suggest you take your money elsewhere to avoid these headaches.

The came out to house July 6 where on time very professional listen to what we had to say gave some good idea’s. The big issue i have we were told we would have a quote by Saturday and Monday by the latest. Never heard from them not a text or phone call ever. if you run a business and are to busy to do the work or it is just not what you could do courtesy would tell you to get in touch with the people you are working with and be honest as to why. It is not how you run a business. just food for thought who ever is thinking about having service done.

They scheduled my backyard for a free estimate Saturday 8am so I woke up early and wait for them in 1 hour but they didn’t show up. I am not sure why. 🙁

Alfredo and his team were very quick to respond to our message and get out to our house to give us a quote over the weekend. Alfredo was very personable and listened to what we wanted. The team installed pavers and installed our lawn, which tied our backyard together perfectly! They were very respectful in regards to always giving us a heads up when he was coming, they never showed up unannounced or by surprise. We are very thankful for the professionalism and customer service based care we received. We highly recommend Longhorn Landscaping for all of your outdoor living space needs!

Rude service! Talked to some guy named Alfredo and set up a time to get an estimate. Got home on the dot but apparently he got there a few min before And left after 5 min. Didn’t bother to call or anything. When I reached out to him, he didn’t care enough about the business to attempt to reschedule the appointment. Do not recommend this company unless you like a dose of attitude and unprofessionalism.
