Lacking in areas that would make them ‘pros’ and make me a repeat customer. – They showed up about a half a day off the coordinated timeframe. I was not available then. – They did not notify me of supposed damage to sprinkler system prior to moving forward with the work to fix it (and I specifically asked for this…who wants a surprise bill?). – They don’t describe what was fixed beyond ‘broken pipe’…as if this could justify the bill and help me prevent the problem from occurring in the future. – They listed sprinkler checks and adjustments that were not performed on my invoice (fact: they did not have access to the control system in the garage to test). I shared this feedback with Lawn Pro’s customer service, and the sentiment of the response was that they did me a favor by showing up at all.

Our mobile home park uses lawn pro and when I got home this morning they just started to plow had big chunks of snow in from of my car port drive way. I thought it would be moved since he had just started plowing the roads in the park. Still 4-5 hours later I go and move the car and still large chunks. Got car out ok but back in my tires got stuck and car started to slide cause of all the snow. Had no problem getting in and out and driving in town but this a-hole could have had some courtesy and made sure he didn’t leave their hug chunks of snow in front of driveways.

They are lazy and don’t do their job well at all. They don’t seem to care about anything other than getting money.

Not very much a pro(fessional) at all. I’ve called them, left messages and NEVER got a return call! I took my business elsewhere!
