Rayne Construction LLC. a year agoDid a gutter job for Matt few years back and was never paid. Owes me $609. He dodged me for over a year and claimed he would pay me but never did. So do not do sub contract work for him unless you’re paid upfront. Also know that when you show up to job you’ll have to hear all the complaints about him from the customers. 3 of 4 the job I did for him the customers complained about him and I had to explain to them I just do gutters as a sub and my work has no reflection from his nor does my work ethic and integrity. If you’re looking for a good company I know of one way better with better integrity and pay their subs on time and never had a problem with them at all. They also do really good work. They’re definitely not the cheapest out there but good quality work doesn’t come cheap. They also are really good at fixing issues if they arise and they’ll take care of it in a timely manner and make sure it’s right. They’re also local and not going to shut down the next year to chase a storm in another state like a lot of these roofers. Xtreme xteriors call Andrew or Brad and tell them Kyle sent ya over

Piper Construction LLC a month agoThe owner and driver of the Piper Construction truck was not happy that I was doing 65 on 50 Highway in Lee Summit and proceeded to get in left-hand lane and swerve at me and my children. When I did not make eye contact or engaged with the driver, he proceeded to flip me off and throw his hands in the air. Once the truck turned and we were safe, I called the number on the truck to report it to the office however, the number on the truck was answered by the driver proceeded to yell at me and then hang up. The incident was then reported to the highway patrol, based on my interaction with him, he is not someone that I would encourage anyone to do business with.
