Mulligan”a installed the irrigation with our new D.R. Horton home. I advised them that we were planning to have a fence installed so they could offset the sprinkler heads from the property lines. I asked if they could tell me where the irrigation lines were buried so I could make sure the fence contractor knew where they were. The crew lead could not even tell me wher the lines were located and was only able to give me his best guess so now I have to hope for the best when they install our fence posts. I get that they are probably busy with all of the new builds around here but providing a basic mapping of lines and heads would be beneficial. They didn’t really seem to care or offer a solution. D.R. Horton could probably do better but I’m guessing they are going the least expensive route here for the sake of profit.

0/10 recommend. We are forced to work with these people because that’s who our builder contracted with but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Allegedly sent an email about install of irrigation system. Never got one. They came late to install irrigation system, sliced the internet line (so had to call a tech out to fix that), workers argued with us, their boss was rude. Was told some Dan was someone I could contact about all this so sent him an email. Never responded. Lady that answers the phone at the office won’t give you any contact numbers. Awful customer service!!! This company needs to take an eduction course on customer service. Again, 0/10 recommend.

Mulligans installed a tree in our front yard in 2022. By Spring 2023 it was clearly not transplanting well, so someone from Mulligans came out to look at it for replacement, and somehow deemed it fine. I was told it can take a couple years for trees to transplant. Now this spring the tree looks even worse, and Mulligans redirects me every time I reach out to have someone come look at it. If your tree transplants well, great, but if it doesn’t, don’t expect them to honor their so called ‘warranty.’

I had new trees installed and one of them looks worse than the Charlie Brown Christmas tree. Does not look like it will last but I hope I’m wrong. I wasn’t going to leave a public review until I saw one of their trucks speeding through the neighborhood this morning after my kid had just left for his bus stop. Do better !

I had got sod installation and irrigation through Mulligans. Overall i didn’t like their service.
