$125k pool deck and Boulder retaining wall that started falling apart the minute it was installed. Owner showed up a month after we requested he take a look and when we were out of town and blamed it on moles. There are no moles the problem is no drainage rock behind wall and now I have huge boulders shifting out of place, pool decking falling apart, and dirt pouring out from behind the wall filling in my rock beds and air conditioner.

Absolutely incredible work. I was able to meet with the owner within days of having a fire burn down my outdoor kitchen. We worked together to design a beautiful new space that was a major update to the old kitchen. The owner gave fantastic advice on the design, he worked with my insurance company for estimates, was always responsive, was helpful for the custom work I requested, was super knowledgeable and was mindful about the budget. Every person that worked at my house was thorough, friendly, and did great work. I am thrilled I was able to work with Outdoor Innovations on this project and would highly recommend them to anyone I know!

Asher was difficult to work with and get any response from, had to replace lower level windows when they removed a small cement patio, had them plant a row of trees and found later that they destroyed some of our irrigation system

My husband and I have now used Outdoor Innovations twice!!! The first job was complete landscaping around our backyard oasis and in ground pool. It turned out beautiful. So there wasn’t any question of who we would use when we purchased our lake home and needed a complete landscape makeover. Craig listened carefully to my “vision” and he and his phenomenal crews made my dream a reality! Again, the result was nothing short of spectacular!!!! Every one of the crews from demo to final touches were professional, always on time, respectful of property (clean up every single night before they left), and really fun and flexible to work with! Any design change we made while in progress was handled with a “no problem”! And we added a lot!!!! The quality of their work is exceptional! The communication was prompt, friendly and was top notch customer service! We would highly recommend Outdoor Innovations without any reservation. Love this company!!!!!!

2019 (Project in Construction- SW Minneapolis). After much research and going through the process of interviewing and getting proposals with all of the top companies to find the best for both quality of work and price, we contracted with Outdoor Innovations. Our experience to date has been everything you want it to be- in terms of communication, follow through and execution. See pictures of the project from before, to underway beginning August 21. We will update experience and project pictures through completion.
