A very conscientious and diversified land services organization. My family and I are especially pleased as our recent request for assistance with shrub trimming and yard rejuvenation was met with integrity and great work ethic; all the tasks were done well in time for our daughter’s graduation party. The requested yard improvements were completed earlier than the promised time frame; additionally, Garpiel group helped coordinate a tree service to provide work that was outside their normal scope. Finally, my wife saw Mr. Garpiel himself walking our property and verifying that all was completed to our satisfaction. A great result provided in a timely manner! I can’t say enough about this organization’s commitment to customer satisfaction and results.

Prices keep going up while the quality of the work seems to be going down. I often see employees working past 8pm. They look miserable and overworked. The owner likes driving a Tesla around so at least you know someone is making a profit. I wish they cared as much about providing fair services as they did making money. Lastly, if you sign up for some sort of program, be sure to know exactly what you’re getting and what you’re paying for, it’s often hard to get in contact with the office when it comes to billing. They often lose contact information and records of previous work done.

Quality and integrity are at the top of every team member’s list at Garpiel Group. The entire team has customer service as their main focus, which you can feel as soon as you walk through the door, or call the office. Highly recommend for your lawn and landscaping needs!

Yet another compliment I would like to pay to Garpiel Group. The mower that cuts my grass accidentally ran over a football that was laid down in my grass and when I got home I found a brand new (much better quality) football on my porch with a very nice hand written note of apology! Excellent and appreciated! That’s the customer service you can and would like to expect!
