We were having serious drainage issues in our older Baton Rouge neighborhood. Angelo’s designed and installed new drainage which has drastically improved our yard. Even with the recent very heavy rainfall, our yard drains in a reasonable amount of time with no puddles remaining. This was part of a bigger project with new parking pad and sidewalk. No more soggy shoes trying to get to our front door.

Angelos did an outstanding job, including a very difficult upgrade in our drainage. The landscape design has made out yard look like an oasis in the city. The landscape architect, Jason Dill, was amazing. We would highly recommend this company.

Our business switched to Angelo’s several months ago and we’ve had a wonderful experience. They have a schedule for fertilizing the grass and various bushes, pull any weeds, kill ants, trim small trees and bushes without my having to ask and they communicate quickly if we have any issues. Our previous vendor basically cut the grass and left. In regards to pricing, their quote was lower than several others and offered more services. Our landscaping looks MUCH better now that we are using Angelo’s.

My house was new construction. So the did all the landscaping. They put the bare minimum of dirt and mulch. After a couple rain storms the dirt and mulch washed away. They also put down the sod in my yard. Did didn’t follow the property line and the sod wasn’t stacked even. It looks bad. I call them about and was told “we blended the sod”. I don’t have the same sod as my neighbors. So it will very noticeable next year.

So I’m a person in need of work. One day I pass the location and see a now hiring sign which is still in the front yard. I went in a week ago to apply for a position on a Monday. Didn’t here anything all week , no problem I’m sure it’s alot of applicants. So I decide to follow up the following Monday & Tuesday. I was told both times the HR lady works remote and would get back with me soon. Well thing about that is if your company is advertising their hiring and you work remote. How much work is she really doing to not call applicants back if you are so called hiring. Advice, it would be great if you didn’t waste people’s time. If you’re not hiring, please take the sign down.

What a nightmare of a landscape & lawncare contractor to do business with. I would hire anyone else over Angelo’s to maintain the subdivision for our HOA, but if you decide to go with them do it at your own risk!

Angelo’s exceeded my expectations. I communicated what I wanted and they understood clearly what I was trying to do. Their team reset our landscaping and improved the appearance of our home. It was nice to deal with a company that provides the level of professionalism I experienced. Could not be happier with the work I’ve seen so far.

This was the first visit and my front and back yards needed trimming badly. Plants needed to be removed – general maintenance and trimming. The team took their time to get it right, did an excellent job, listened to my concerns and both yards look amazing. Thanks!
