A great landscaper is hard to find. My search is over. Full Care is absolutely the best, hands down. They do my planting, irrigation, maintenance and even snow removal in the winter. They are amazing at everything they do. I could not be happier.

I haven’t used them but the hospital near me does, and I’m sure they do a great job, but I’m aware when they have 3 guys out loudly leafblowing the grass clippings they could otherwise catch in a bag attachment, or mow in the other direction, or sweep up, so if you hire them all the best but your neighbors will hate you.

Used Full Care for over 3 years. Have seen vast improvement in our turf and they have helped with irrigation and drainage. Always prompt and friendly to work with. Highly recommend.

We have had Lawn service for over a year and the yard is literally getting worse than when we started. Weeds have over taken out front yard. When I call they always say someone will call me back but I never get a phone call back. Asked to cancel service last month and I was suppose to get a call or a visit by someone and no one showed up or called. Avoid this company unless you want to pay to have your lawn look worse than ever before.

We had a home built 4 years ago and Full Care installed all of the landscaping and a retaining wall on our property. Since this time we have found that wall was not properly installed. We have consulted with three other companies on this issue and they all have stated the wall was not properly constructed. Also, at the time of construction, a tree was put in bed where the wall stands. We were told by Full Care that this tree would be a very small tree and would remain of small size. However, we have now also been told by the three new companies, plus other landscapers that this tree should have NEVER been placed in this location. This tree is much too large of a varietal for this location. We have been told that the roots are going to continue to cause damage to the wall also due to the root system if not corrected NOW. The wall , due to craftsmanship, has pulled a 3 inch drain line away from our house and also is causing all water from down spouts to erode the flower beds and hill past the house. The only thing holding the wall up is the remaining drain pipe. There is also a large HOLE in the beds from the drainage issue (from the pipe being dislodged and no longer attached to the gutter) This has caused much extra landscaping and drainage issues on our house. There is so much damage to the retaining wall, and the rocks are crumbling away. This should fall under the craftsmanship of Full Care Lawn Company. We have reached out to them, called them, emailed them (ongoing), and they refuse to return our calls in any form. This has been ongoing for quite some time. We feel this is our only avenue to try to reach out to them. We spent lots of money with them when we built out home, and have had little to no follow up since.

After having my main sewer line replaced; I needed to hire a landscaping company to install sod in my front yard. Not only was Full Care very fair in their bid – their sales rep, Darren, was very knowledgeable and showed the professionalism that helped my wife and I decide to hire Full Care over one of their competitors. Darren and his team not only installed the sod when he said he would he also went above and beyond by adding mulch, etc. to help match the existing front yard area that was not dug up when the sewer line was replaced.
