Great Outdoors-Brad worked on my landscape project for a few weeks Nov 2023. His crew worked hard, kept the work area neat and tidy, ran into some issues and discussed possible solutions with me, and completed the job to my total satisfaction. It’s two terraced retaining walls, with stairs, and curves. It’s beautiful. Totally recommend them.

I worked with Brad and Miguel to replace my old rotten retaining wall and they have been simply amazing. I have gotten way more than I expected for the price. My backyard will last a generation. We just finished the wall. We will be adding sod and refreshing the flower beds next week, then new plants next Spring. The last two images show the old timber wall before they removed it.

I tried to schedule and estimate with them and the first time they were supposed to come out, they never showed. Didn’t even bother to reach out to me to let me know why they didn’t show until I reached out to them the next day. I then rescheduled a second time for them to come out and again, they didn’t show. They gave me an hour and a half window of when they would be coming out but still did not show nor did they call or text me to let me know that they would be running late or that they would not be able to come out at all. Very disappointed.

Brad was awesome to work with. Arrived in a timely manner to go over what we needed done and was able to give us a time table and cost estimate before he left. Once his team arrived to do the work, they completed our job in the time frame he gave us and he walked us through what they did to ensure we were satisfied with the work done. The grading on our front yard turned out amazing! Highly recommend Brad and his team at Great Outdoors Lawn and Landscaping.
