Jackson Construction, LLC 3 months agoAbout a year and a half ago Jackson construction installed a walk-in shower in my home. The floor of the shower has already sunk in and cracked. I am 77 years old and I don’t need to fall through a shower floor. I called the company and was told by the person who answered the phone that it was not their problem and the only thing he would do was give me a price on installing a new one which I would have to pay for. He won’t even look at it. This shower was installed for me by the Southeastern Indiana Planning Commission that helps low income people. I called the state inspector to see if he could help, as he does the inspections for the Planning Commission ,he told me to call Patty Jackson, deputy director, at the Planning Commission. She won’t return my calls. I know that these showers last longer than a year and a half. These people know that if they are taking advantage of poor people we can’t hire a lawyer to sue them so we are just stuck with this problem. If you are planning on having a walk in shower installed or any work on your home find a contractor who stands behind their products and their work.

Hendren Remodeling and Restoration a year agoTony and his crew are really awesome. Detail oriented and thoughtful. Tony had a can-do attitude. Oh, and he actually gets the job done and on time and on budget. For my family, we had Hendren Remodeling do a whole downstairs renovation including a new kitchen. He’s also done a bunch of odd jobs around the house. Give him a shout. You won’t regret it!
