I bought a total of 5 trees (3 japanese maple, 2 dogwood) from here and they all died within 3 months. I spoke to the owner Rich and he was very nasty, rude, unprofessional, and just an all around jerk about it. I definitely would not recommend doing any business with Rich or this company.

Green Acres is the place to be….! I’ve been super impressed with the quality product and exceptional customer service that I get every year from Rich Hayes and his team. Juan was the lead installer for the last two years and he does great work and really knows planting and he has provided my family with good advice each time he and his crew arrive to install, I really like working with Rich and Juan! They installed 4 beautiful October Glory Maples last year and 5 varieties of trees this year along with some double knock out roses and shrubs. I look forward to the annual tree sale every year. If you are looking for suggestions on what type of tree is right for you, give Rich a call. I had lost a couple of older white pines that died b/c they were in a really wet area and Rich recommended 5 to 10 varieties off the top of his head that would flourish in wet soil. We had another area where some heavy duty ground clear was applied and Juan took extra care planting in what I called “contaminated soil”, by adding some good top soil and compost to help. I’ll post some photos in the spring when these trees all have leaves on them again/ and or some might be flowering! I can’t say enough good things about Green Acres Landscape & Design, if you have any landscaping upgrades or new installations, give them a try!

We highly recommend Green Acres Landscaping. We selected Green Acres for our fairly large landscaping project which included a new design, removing all the old landscaping and significant pruning of existing bushes and trees. Green Acres’ bid was competitive. They provided a design and drawings at no cost which was not contingent on selecting them for the project. Rob incorporated our thoughts and ideas into a beautiful design. He was very professional, addressing any concerns or scope changes quickly. Besides the design, a primary factor in selecting Green Acres was their method of paver installation. They trench, apply fabric, crushed stone and compact. The edging stones are also glued end to end. This was important to us since our old pavers sank in the ground. Although this is the recommended method by the manufacturers, not all landscapers utilize this method. Sebastian and the installation team were amazing. The team was quality focused and worked very hard in extreme heat. They were on time, communicated well, and went the extra mile to make us happy. We love our new Landscaping.

I am very pleased with the work they did for me. They put in all new landscaping around my house. Rob used plants that are perfect for the areas, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. The crew was timely and worked extremely hard to make my yard look terrific. I highly recommend them for your landscaping needs.

My house is now the best looking house on the cul-de-sac. What a great bunch of guys that came out and installed my project in one day. I am so pleased with the plant selections and the dark mulch really sets them off. What a huge impact on curb appeal! Thanks, Green Acres!
