3 years agoI ordered trees two of which were planted way too high one died not long after they were planted wouldn’t respond to my concerns finally responded told me they would look for another tree tree almost a year still waiting

5 years agoOne of their salt trucks just went speeding through a public parking lot full of cars hitting all of them with rocks of salt. When I called the company to complain and say they might have damaged my car, the reception’s only words were “thanks I’ll pass it along”… Not even sure they apologized. After the call the truck circles back and does it two more times. I would not recommend hiring them for any salting.

5 years agoWe contracted them to mow our property and they turned around and sub-contracted the work. Their sub-contractor had to much work and then subbed the work out again. The last sub mowed it without being paid for two months and then stopped mowing because of non-payment. EA did not come out once to mow after the subs stopped mowing but failed to come out after that. Now it has been three weeks since the last mowing and the yard is overgrown

6 years agoI’ve been in upper management (a Regional Manager, VP & President) with 2 separate Indy based companies for the past 18 years in the same industry… I’ve worked inderectly along side EA (on separate projects on the same property or adjacent properties) for many years now and I can honestly say that these guys are the ‘good competition’ the industry needs. They’re part of the select few companies that keep the bar set high in the marketplace.
