Very professional. Excellent work in all aspects. Our subdivision has 130 paired villas, so it’s a lot of work. They are very willing to work with us. I usually talk with Brandi, she is very kind and very professional. We have one complainer in our HOA, but Redwood has been very pro active to rectify the problem. Highly recommend REDWOOD. New build and they were the worst. Horrible job laying seed in my back yard. Severely uneven grade, 10ish large rocks found beneath netting and straw, including several plastic bottles and cups. Planted trees right next to air conditioning unit. They came back out and threw seed down in the back again, with no soil/sand mix to cover it as if it was going to help. Mulch was laid with no matting underneath allowing weeds to instantly come through. Several other things, but get anyone else.

Have used Redwood for many years for bush trimming. Actually the first few times Todd did that himself. How many years has that been? Called earlier this month for same Was told by Nicole can’t have that done without other service, mulching for example, because they don’t like to come out for that alone. Really?? Sounds kinda lame to me I think many people have to do things in their job they don’t particularly like but have to do it anyway. I know I did. Nicole told me Ron would call me back when he returned from vacation. He did but I was unable to answer at the time. I called back and left message to call me. He never did. Had a problem last year too. Sent me a bill before job was completed. Not very professional and is disappointing. Guess I need to look elsewhere

Redwood did an overhaul of our landscape and the results are outstanding and I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention things that you should consider if you are in the market for landscape work. Jose’s team is predictable, efficient, and meticulous. They worked from 8 to 6 every business day until the job was completed and cleaned up the street and around my house before they left each day. Several of my neighbors noted that their experience with Redwood’s competitors was very different. The owner, designer, and office manager all made at least one appearance to ensure the project was going swimmingly…it was. They were also responsive to my questions and comments throughout. Redwood wasn’t the cheapest option, nor were they the most expensive. I felt the project was fairly priced given the quality, responsiveness, and respect I experienced from design through completion. I’ve already started budgeting for my next project with Redwood – path, tree, and house lighting and a few additional trees out back. Thanks Redwood Team!

Redwood designed and installed our landscaping for a new house build. Communication was a bit lacking but overall Redwood did a good job. We would recommend Redwood to others for this type of work.

After having multiple snow and grass maintenance companies drop the ball on my properties I contacted redwood. They came highly recommended and they lived up to their reputation. This winter and spring they were on time when I needed them, called with questions and the office is great to work with. Overall a great experience and they will be taking care of all my properties forever!

Called for a retaining wall quote and sod installation, put me in the book to ahiw up two weeks later at 3pm. It wasn’t till 430 anyone showed up said he was the ownes son and got held up on a job ok but call and let the customer know. He then stated complaining about residential vs commercial look at what I need and said some where from $5,000 to $35,000.(that’s a large range but I already know he doesn’t want residential jobs from whet ha said) he ask if I’d like a detailed quote… yes (that is why I call). On the walk up to the street was complaining about how neighbors cut thier grass. Just unprofessional…I call him multiple times over the next month with no calls back. I went with another company for 15000 retaining wall and close to 5000 in sod work. Don’t bother contacting and having your time waisted. Like I did.
