Beyond frustrated with my attempts to contact this company to successfully resolve an issue. On Thursday, June 13th, I was looking out my window and saw one of their workers turn the corner too sharply with the lawnmower while taking a chunk out of the corner of my concrete patio. I have him on camera getting off of his lawnmower, looking at it, and continuing his mowing. When I called him over immediately after, he acted as if he hadn’t seen it. His supervisor, Ruben, came over, took some pictures, and told us that his boss would contact us back right away. No call back. On Monday, June 17th, we left a message on company voicemail. We got an immediate callback from a lady in the office that said she didn’t think her boss was aware, but that she would leave a message for him. No call back. Called again on Wednesday, June 19th and left a message on voicemail. No call back. Very disappointed at the lack of response and accountability.

Redbud Landscaping did an excellent job! We needed help replacing several shrubs and a tree which we mistakenly thought would be a DIY project. Ray seems quite knowledgeable very responsive, and his crew was helpful, friendly and professional. Our project required them to work around other nearby plants which was concerning to me but they did an outstanding, professional job. We will definitely use them in the future!

Very poor quality workmanship. We purchased a new home last December from Lennar. Rose Bud was the contracted landscaper. Once the snow melted off we started to have issues with the mesh from the grass seed mat coming loose from the wind. The loose matting has prevented us from being able to mow since it would immediately get caught up in the mower blade. They came by and fixed it once and within days the repairs were coming loose. Our back yard is a disaster and frankly embarrassing. One of the trees in our front yard is crooked and despite steady watering is dying. We also have a shrub in the front yard that has been amply watered is also on deaths door step. I have spent hours pulling up loose mesh and hauling it off with no end in sight. I do not recommend this company whatsoever.
